New Website is up and running!

Hey everyone, after one heck a week of dealing with website diffulties my new website is up and running. The new address is www.kimberlybrian.com, if you have kimberlybrianphotography.com bookmarked don't worry at some point next week that website should just go ahead and redirect you to the new one. In other words they will eventually be one in the same! Go check out the new site, let me know if you have any issues at all with it!

WEBSITE ISSUES

I am currently having some website issues, they should be resolved soon. So if you go the main website and things are 'different' than they normally are, have no fear a new site is coming and should be up soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding and I will have this issue resolved as soon as humanly possible.

Storms last night...

Weatherford got hit pretty hard with some storms yesterday evening. I took some shots from our porch of the storm as went right by us, not evening dropping a tenth of an inch of rain at our house. Yes I realize I am becoming obsessed with the 70's looking edits....I can't help it I just love it.

Random Things

So it has been a while since I posted some of the random pictures I take, just for the sake of taking them, and I decided today would be a good day for that, Mondays are just full of randomness anyway, so why not add some more. I took this picture during Kelsy & JJ's engagement shoot of the Old Baker Hotel in Mineral Wells. I really wish someone would restore it, it is just amazing. This picture was taken this weekend during my photo shoot with Cigi for some promo pictures to use on my website. I really like this and camera to the right was my grandmothers old brownie hawkeye, that apparently still works. Stay tuned somtime soon for some pictures taken with it. I looked into ordering the film yesterday. I am really excited about that!I took this picture about a month ago while we were working cows, it is of my lovely husband, I just love the way he has his eyes cut over to the camera. He really doesn't like having his picture taken, so its actually a small miracle that I got him in a shot anyway.

This last one I took just playing around for some shots for my parents new website. I liked it, although it looks a little obviously staged...but oh well.

I have a bunch of shoots coming up in the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned for lots more posts, and yes it is that time again, the Lipan Junior Rodeo will start this month, YEA YEA!!!, so look for those posts to be coming soon!

Way behind on blogging....

I have a lot to blog....I will try to get some things posted here over the next few days. I will start off with the most recent wedding I did and catch up on some senior pictures along with another wedding. All of that coming soon!!! I promise!

Matthew & Ngan - Full Post

Now that I have had a couple of days to get the rest of these pictures edited, I thought I would share some more from this awesome shoot. These were really hard to edit, because there were so many good shots!

Obviously Ngan's Valentine's Day present was her engagement ring, but Matt's Valentine's Day present was pretty cute too. Her name is Abigail and she is adorable. Here are a few shots with her too!

For Christmas this year I shot some individuals of Matt for Christmas gifts for his family, so I took a little time to get some of just Ngan. She is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

Matt's Proposal

I got to do the coolest shoot ever this morning. My best friend Matt (seriously he is my brother from another mother) proposed to his girlfriend Ngan this morning. We set it up as a photo shoot to get some pictures of them together and he proposed in the middle of the shoot. It was by far the sweetest/most amazing thing I have ever witnessed. I almost cried and I am not a sappy person. On top of that he is using this blog post to tell his parents that they are engaged! So SURPRISE Jimmy and Deanna!!!! Ngan, thank you so much for making my buddy Matthew the happiest I have ever seen him. You will always have a special place in my heart and soul for the smile on his face this morning. I have never seen him that happy and I know it is all because of you. To my blog readers, there will be more of their engagement pictures later, but for now here are some of the proposal and a couple of them that I quick edited, so that he could surprise his parents. I love you both very much and I can not wait until the wedding!

Bailey's Wedding

A little change up here from the South Carolina pictures. My wonderful step-daughter Bailey got married in December. Bailey and Chris' wedding was one of the most unique weddings I have ever seen. They are both getting their masters degrees in Theater, so the ceremony was held in a theater on Tarleton's campus, where they met and fell in love (inset AWWW... here). I felt truely blessed to be there and witness their wedding. They wrote the ceremony including their vows, which were just chill givers and tearjerkers. Everything was so well thought out and planned for Bailey and Chris did just an awesome job. Warning I am going to use the word awesome a lot, there is just not another word to describe it. I of course took my camera to catch some shots, I was not the 'official' photographer (thank goodness, I can't imagine how stressed I would have been) and their photographer did an outstanding job, but I thought I would share some of the pictures I got from this awesome day. Bailey and Chris, thank you for letting me be a part of this, it was an AWESOME wedding and AWESOME party afterward. Welcome to the family Chris!
