Jason Mears - Worthington Realty

This was one early morning shoot! Due to the heat I was up at 4 a.m. getting ready to leave for this shoot. Jason called me a couple of weeks ago needing some updated pictures of himself for some ads he will be running in the Weatherford area, after speaking we decided we better make it early so we didn't get too hot. Now I am not generally a morning person, however it was worth it, the light was amazing (plus it was an excuse to stop at Starbucks!). It actually made me want to get up early on a regular basis. Now about Jason, he has to be one of the nicest guys I have ever met, really people he is that nice. Jason is a real estate agent with Worthington Realty in Weatherford, and services the surrounding area, so if you are in need of a good agent give him a shout!!! (mjmears@joimail.com, 817-995-8585) His daugther came along for some of the shoot and you know me I couldn't help but get some of her as well! Thanks for booking Jason, can't wait to see the Ads! Really folks, you better call Jason while you can he is a busy busy man!!!!! And now for my favorite of the shoot, sorry Jason but you didn't make the cut. She is just too cute!!!

Lipan Junior Rodeo

Saturday night was the Lipan Junior Rodeo at the Cross S Arena in Lipan. It was hot and dusty, but a lot of fun. These kids are just absolutely amazing, and it was so awesome to see how much they have grown and improved, plus there were lots of new faces. These are some of my favorite shots of the day.

I love the light in this picture, the dust in the air made for a really neat haze.

Does she not have the most amazing eyes? She is soo cute!
I had a hard time getting lots of pictures of this young lady, she was too fast! The boys in the oldest age group are going to have to watch out for her this year, she was fast in everything she did!
I'm not sure how old Cutter is, but he actually requested to compete with the older age group, so that he could compete in the goat tying competition, which is only for the 11-14 age group. He was pretty quick, and will be giving his older competitors a run for their money this year. Once again I want to give a big thanks to Billy Jo & Duff Sinclair and Brad & Callie Vance, they work really hard to put all of this together for the kids and do a great job. Cross S Arena also deserves a big thank you for letting the LJR use the Arena. More Rodeo pictures in July!
